FACI EUROPE: THE COMPANY AND THE ENGINES WORLD

After having followed the behavior of the spheroidal cast iron in the sport field of the off-shore speedboatings, our company keeps a big interest toward the safety castings in cast iron, whose study after the exercise always offers new safety ideas.
From the performance of castings subjected to extreme stresses of sports competition, we learnt a lot: from engines to valve-seats. Tis is a research line steered towards an increasingly gratitude of the hard work of foundryman.
In 1997 the FACI EUROPE spa trademark entered in the world of motor races appearing on a car that excelled in some of the most important and spectacular competitions of the world for Gran Turismo cars.

with a Porsche Cup 911. In this picture they were leading Ferrari 333SP
by Gianpiero Moretti, Mauro Baldi and Didier Theys; winners in 1998 at
Daytona 24 hours and Sebring 12 hours, in Monza they were out.
